E. Michel Griffin, Directress
Ms. Griffin is a graduate of Norfolk State University. She is Montessori certified through the National Center for Montessori Education, (AMS). Ms. Griffin has worked with children in various settings for over 25 years. She has four (4) children and nine (9) grandchildren. She is currently pursuing her graduate studies in Education. Ms. Griffin is an active member in her community. She loves gardening, exercising, and cooking for her family.
LaDawn Griffin graduated from Norfolk State University with her bachelors in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Business. Mother of three children, she prides her self in ensure the program is running professionally, efficiently, and with a strong focus on community engagement. She loves cheering, dancing and crime shows.
Dawntenai Ramsey is a graduate of TCC and holds an Associates degree in Early Childhood. Miss Ramsey interned with the Academy and decided to stay on and co-teach along side Ms. Griffin. She is now one of Toddler's teacher. Her sweet, calming spirit is a plus in any Montessori environment.
Jaidyn Harris attended Norfolk Montessori Academy as a child and has returned to be a teacher. She is pursuing her certificate in Early Childhood Education.

Harold Waller was also a student here at the academy. He is our teacher in the afternoon for our students who attend Ingleside Elementary.
